Click the button below to fill out a digital permission, media, and medical release form. It is only required to be completed once per child per year. It permits attendance at all Hope UMC Youth Group events and outings. Confirmation at Hope
Confirmation is an opportunity for our students to take ownership of their faith and become a full adult member of The United Methodist Church. We believe Confirmation is a commitment. It is a commitment of time and energy, but it is also a commitment to continue growing and learning new things in their relationship with God. We encourage all Jr. High students to participate in this process even if they are unsure about Confirmation or decide not to be confirmed when the time comes.
Service Opportunities
- Sunday Morning Roles– Usher, Scripture Readers, Audio Visual Projection, Coffee Host
- Sunday School Teachers and Assistants– Sundays at the 11 am service
- Hope on the Go– Once a month at various locations in the area
